How much is postage?
UK Postage is charged at £2.95 for orders up to £60, and orders over this amount are sent free of charge. Please see the delivery page for our international options.

How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver all standard orders within 5 working days. Personalised orders will be delivered within 7 -10 days. Please see our delivery page for more detailed information, including International timescales.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this. Please ensure is added to your safe senders list to ensure the email does not go straight to junk.
Can I add additional items to my order?
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add items to it. However, as we offer free shipping within the UK, it is possible to place a second order (within a reasonable timescale) and for us to dispatch this order with your original order. This may delay your order if a personalised item is added.
Can I change the delivery details?
Delivery details can be changed as long as the order has not entered our dispatch process, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change.
Can I cancel my order?
We are able to cancel and process a refund for your order containing standard products as long as it has not entered our dispatch process. For personalised orders, we can only cancel if work has not been started. As these orders are completed over a number of days, please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Do you charge VAT?
Yes. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Can I buy Grace & Favour Home products in person?
Yes, our products are available in a range of shops around the UK and further afield. Please see our stockists page for further details – we are adding new stockists to this page frequently. We also exhibit at various events around the country – please see our News & Events page for upcoming fairs.

How do I care for my products?
For cushions, toiletry bags etc we recommend a gentle hand wash in warm water. Please refer to individual product pages for specific instructions to ensure your products have a long, happy life!
Our map and music products are made using original papers which can be very old and therefore delicate. Please ensure these are kept in a warm, dry place to avoid any problems with damp affecting the paper.
Our range of products is handmade and therefore is subject to slight variations in terms of fabric, pattern placement, and exact measurements, though these do not effect the overall appearance or quality of the design. We take great care to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with. Care instructions are included in product descriptions, please follow these to ensure your products have a long life.
